To initiate tool service, please fill out the following information. Once completed, go to the “PRODUCTS” page and order one “SERVICE”. This fee pays for the tool evaluation and return shipping. If the repair is covered under warranty, this fee will be refunded.
NOTE: To ensure compliance with hazmat regulations all batteries must be removed from your unit prior to shipping. Tools submitted to PEXGUN must be approved for repair and shipped back within 60 days of the repair quote.
